DBIA Strategic Plan Refresh
The Downtown Cobourg Business Improvement Area (DBIA) is seeking qualified consultants or firms to facilitate a Strategic Plan Refresh that will guide the continued growth, revitalization, and vibrancy of our historic downtown.
We’re inviting proposals from experienced facilitators who can lead an inclusive, engaging, and forward-thinking planning process that reflects the needs of our members, community, and stakeholders.
