The Cobourg DBIA is seeking qualified contractors for a new permanent overhead lighting and seasonal décor system in the First Street alleyway.
The turnkey project will include:
• Permanent guide wire installation
• Edison-style overhead lighting
• Seasonal décor installation
• Ongoing maintenance services
